They were part of the ninth British expedition to the Everest and when they scaled it, everyone across the world felt elated and breathed a sigh of relief, finally somebody had done it.Ever since many have scaled the peak, so why did people only succeed after Sir Edmund? From my perspective, what changed after the event was the mindset, once people realized that it can be done their mindset focused on the positive – ‘it can be done’.Now this brings me to our topic today ‘how do you scale your health goal’ especially when you would have attempted to lose or gain weight in the past and may have fallen short.One thing is certain that your goal or intent will not be unique. If you connect your intent to all those who succeeded after Sir Edmund then you will realize that the key is the shift in your mindset and a belief in yourself. Once you achieve this you will find many ways to achieve your health goals.One of the ways to achieve a positive mindset is to meet and connect with someone who has achieved goals similar to yours. When you meet them and listen to their ‘Why’, ‘What’ & ‘How’ it can provide you the stimulus which can help in shifting your mindset.Today, I challenge you to find and connect with someone who has successfully achieved their health goals which are similar to yours.
